While you're there why not take a step back in time and enjoy the history on display at the Briars Historic Park, particularly the homestead built in 1851 and occupied by Alexander Balcombe. His attempt at producing wine from the 40 hectares of vineyards he established on the property was far less successful than the majority of exhibitors who'll be on hand at the Frankston and South Eastern Wine Show 2017.
